Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Account Manager to join our team at the Grand Rapids design showroom. This role involves communication, design, and sales support duties for our kitchen remodelers. Design experience is highly desired. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer experience through sales and installation of kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • Meet with customers in the showroom to finalize design selections
  • Manage incoming sales leads and generate excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up
  • Assist customers in the showroom and support sales as needed
  • Contribute to marketing and social media content creation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Update and track sales pipeline
  • Support Sales Representatives during sales processes
  • Gather before and after pictures and file them accordingly
  • Maintain central job filing system
  • Handle job invoicing and statement mailings
  • Manage leads in the mailing list system
  • Maintain literature inventory
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Assist in hosting seminars, showroom events, and training programs
  • Order products and samples
  • Manage production and installation schedules with customers
  • Perform other duties as required
