Job summary

Vicious Biscuit Franchising, LLC. is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Saskatchewan, Canada. You will open/close the kitchen, lead the back-of-house during peak, ensure recipes, ticket times, and safety standards are met.

This is a full-time, 4-day-a-week role with day shifts only. No nights, overtime eligible, competitive benefits, health/dental/vision, paid training, paid time off, employee discount, growth and travel as we expand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant, including at least 1 year leading a shift or station.
• Ability to work every BOH station and run point during peak
• ServSafe Food Manager certification, or able to earn it within 30 days of hire
• Comfortable with basic math for prep lists, pars, orders, and cash counts
• Available for opening shifts starting as early as 5:30 AM, plus weekends
• At least 18 years old
• Able to stand and walk for a ~10-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around open flames, fryers, flat tops, and hot surfaces in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Open and close the kitchen, including checklists, food safety checks, and the closing cash deposit
• Lead the pre-shift Alley Rally, build the line-up, and run point through peak
• Work and coach every station — biscuit boards, sauté, flat, fry/waffle, point, and dish
• Make biscuits and run prep to recipe and the day's biscuit list
• Place daily orders, receive deliveries, count inventory, and manage food cost
• Review labor against projections and flag overtime
• Train and coach team members, and join BOH interviews
• Complete QA self-audits and bring BOH needs and action plans to the General Manager

Join Vicious Biscuit as a Kitchen Manager and earn $22–26/hour (overtime eligible) leading the back of house at a fast-casual breakfast brand with lines out the door — full-time, 4 days a week, day shifts only with NO NIGHTS EVER, and real room to grow as we expand.

What You Need
