Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen to ensure Opaa! standards are met and maintained, and the kitchen complies with all safety and health regulations.

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds; exerting force over 60 pounds occasionally; specific vision abilities required.
Inside and outside, exposure to moving parts, humid conditions, extreme heat, chemicals, cold, and loud noise levels.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
Skills: Reading, writing, basic math, reasoning, and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Valid Serve Safe Certification required.
