Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House by fostering a warm and positive environment, selecting friendly and talented co-workers, and leading the human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation. Your goal is to provide a dining experience that ensures our guests become long-term, loyal customers. You will also be responsible for the overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, and labor management, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Requirements
  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
