Job Description

The River Inn of Harbor Town is looking for a Kitchen Manager. The River Inn is an acclaimed luxury boutique hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, that combines elegant Southern style with contemporary sophistication.

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the back of house (BOH) food service needs. The Kitchen Manager must have strong culinary experience and possess the ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume production kitchen.

The Kitchen Manager must have a passion for culinary creativity and believe in the following standards while leading through example. Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and recognize the satisfaction that comes from serving food.
