Chick-fil-A Eldorado & Ridge in McKinney, TX seeks an enthusiastic Leader to join our team. This hands-on management role offers a clear growth path within the nation's most respected restaurant brand.

You will drive operational excellence, coach leaders, and guide a 50+ team while upholding Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards. Requirements include 2 years of leadership, a background in hospitality or kitchen operations, and a passion for Chick-fil-A values.

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Your Impact

• Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of BOH to ensure a remarkable guest experience
• Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for Back of House
• Manage a team of 50+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
• Incorporating the store's vision, mission, and core values, by using Chick-fil-A’s model of Genuine Hospitality.
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other store leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
• 2 years of Leadership experience
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
• 5 years of Kitchen Expirence

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Saturday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Restaurant: 4 year (Preferred)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements

Experience as a leader in a customer service and/or production environment.

Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.

Basic computer competency.

Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team.

Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.

Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.

Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.

Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.

Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the restaurant.

Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items.

Follows all sanitation and safety procedures.

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
