We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you are passionate about scratch-made food, apply today!

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  3. Monitor and maintain efficient ticket times for food orders.
  4. Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Develop key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
  6. Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of food items.
  7. Ensure safe food handling practices and manage food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  8. Set work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee staff during restaurant hours.
  9. Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  10. Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  11. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
