Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager Include:
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, overseeing cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensuring guest safety at all times.
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  • Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Providing daily feedback and development opportunities to key employees.
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and ensuring proper handling and storage of all items.
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  • Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and managing work hours for Back of House staff.
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values and goals.
