Pay: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. You will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant and guests.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing the performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Providing daily feedback to develop key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff during one-on-one meetings.
  6. Conducting formal taste and temperature checks as part of inventory and safety responsibilities.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Setting work hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments for Back of House staff.
  11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  12. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
