Pay:

$43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising and overseeing food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
  2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times for food items.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through feedback and coaching.
  6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items.
  7. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  8. Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  9. Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House employees.
  10. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  11. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  12. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
