Pay: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
  6. Conducting Taste & Temp checks to ensure inventory and safety standards.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Setting work hours, schedules, and task assignments for Back of House employees.
  11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  12. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
