Job Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric culture of quality, professionalism, and efficiency
• Coordinate timely delivery of cabinets and other products
• Measure for all assigned jobs
• Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously
• Verify accuracy of all orders
• Handle purchasing and payables
• Initiate and sign purchase orders for assigned jobs
• Review installation details and coordinate job dates with scheduling, installers, and contractors
• Arrange for delivery of products to the job site and coordinate with customers
• Coordinate final countertop dimensions with fabricators
• Inspect completed jobs and communicate repairs or touch-ups to the Production Manager
• Uphold quality standards on all jobs
• Address job issues with customers, employees, and contractors
• Manage jobs from start to finish
• Assist, teach, and participate in work as needed
• Problem-solve on job sites
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Participate in operational meetings with the Production Manager
• Assist in hiring support staff
