Position Details

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
  • Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety
  • Monitor and maintain efficient ticket times for food items
  • Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Develop key employees through regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • Ensure safe food handling practices
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
  • Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House employees
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
