$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager

  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety
  • Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times
  • Manage performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Develop key employees through feedback and training
  • Conduct inventory and safety checks, including Taste & Temp checks
  • Handle proper storage and maintenance of all items
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
  • Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House staff
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House team
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
