$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times for food items.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Providing feedback and development for key employees and staff.
  6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of items.
  7. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  8. Managing food costs, waste, and labor expenses.
  9. Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
  10. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  11. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
  12. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
