Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Fort Mill, SC to lead the back-of-house operations inside our store, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional quality. You will drive results that directly impact the business.

You will manage labor and inventory, ensure food safety, and coach staff. This salaried role offers benefits and a flexible schedule, with pay between $54,000 and $70,000 plus an annual bonus of up to 10%.

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call support.
