Job summary

Dash In in Greensboro, NC seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead a full food operation, develop a team, drive sales, food quality, and service, and own back-of-house performance.

You will manage inventory, ordering, costs, and safety, train and coach staff, and may act as General Manager when needed; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a flexible schedule.

Pay: $54,000 – $70,000 annually + up to 10% annual bonus
Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
