Job summary

Dash In in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operation, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional food quality. You will drive sales, oversee inventory, costs, and food safety, and maintain brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

The role is salaried with flexible scheduling, benefits eligible, and opportunities to grow as Dash In expands into new markets. You may act as GM when needed.

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $54,000 – $67,500 annually + up to 10% annual bonus
Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
