We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to support the General Manager in all Back of the House operations of our restaurant. If you are passionate about high-quality ingredients and a scratch-made coal-fired pizza experience, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is the place for you!

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Supervising all Kitchen Staff
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
• Optimizing profits by controlling food cost, production, waste, and labor
• Conducting inventory and ordering
• Training and developing all kitchen team members
• Upholding all company standards and procedures to ensure food quality, speed of service, and food preparation are always flawless
• Open to learn the front of the house position
