Job summary

Chick-fil-A Elizabeth City is seeking a Fast Food Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our Recipe for Service. You’ll help the restaurant run smoothly during busy shifts and set a positive example for the crew.

This role requires 16+ years, weekend availability, reliable transportation, and a commitment to superior guest service. You’ll work on-site, lead shifts, and enjoy a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members.
• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Offer immediate and respectful response to the Guest's needs
• Assist in the training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team

• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
