Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  • Enforce employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient ticket times for food items.
  • Manage performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Develop key employees through feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety management.
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House employees.
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
