Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. Responsibilities include purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Supervising and overseeing food production and preparation in accordance with recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times
  • Managing Back of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Providing feedback and development for key employees and hourly staff
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper handling and storage of items
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participating in hiring processes
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
