We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience. This role is vital to the success of our restaurant and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Execute culinary menus for the restaurant and events/catering.
  2. Ensure proper costing, consistency, and quality.
  3. Manage ordering processes.
  4. Enforce all applicable labor laws (federal, state, and local).
  5. Ensure compliance with sanitation and certification requirements.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  7. Manage all kitchen staff and coordinate scheduling to meet productivity and quality standards.
  8. Monitor and maintain line plating standards.
  9. Coordinate purchasing and receiving processes.
  10. Train and develop kitchen staff.
  11. Support front of house staff to exceed guest expectations.
  12. Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets, including active scheduling for line, prep, and expeditor roles.
  13. Support team members unable to return to work, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  14. Spanish language skills required.
  15. Experience with Toast preferred.
