131 MAIN Restaurant in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Starting Sous Chef to join our upscale dining team. The role offers a starting pay of $75,000 per year or higher, with regular performance reviews and a clear growth path.

We provide 12–16 weeks of management training to set you up for success, plus 2 weeks paid vacation annually with an extra day off for each year employed. Major medical insurance is included with company participation.
