Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, from grilling meats to sautéing vegetables, ensuring delicious meals and strong leadership for Crew. You will order food, train future leaders, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and stock levels to deliver a great customer experience.

You will foster teamwork, oversee equipment maintenance, and model Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy while guiding the crew to meet station goals and service throughputs.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock of the kitchen.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe, and MSDS/FIFO procedures followed.
