Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vienna, VA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You’ll order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader helps ensure the quality and safety of Chipotle’s delicious food and promotes teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. You will stay active on the floor, keep the kitchen organized, and mentor Crew members to grow into leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality, help reduce waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper sanitation in the kitchen.
• Maintain equipment and promptly address malfunctions.
• Assist in training and guiding Crew to meet goals.
