• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure excellent service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked; maintain equipment.
