Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling, and sautéing to ensure delicious, high-quality dishes. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining a clean, stocked, and safe kitchen and supporting both back- and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities include following procedures, monitoring inventory, resolving quality issues, and promoting teamwork and a great guest experience every shift.

Formación

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and in good repair; address equipment issues promptly.
• Follow MSDS procedures and inventory rotation.
• Promote safety to prevent injuries and accidents.
