Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will train Crew members, ensure food quality and safety, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen while modeling teamwork for a superior guest experience.

You will also drive station goals, support front- and back-of-house collaboration, and guide crew toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order and ensure kitchen procedures are followed.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
