Qualifications

• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by grilling meats and sautéing vegetables to order.
• Order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness and proper stocking of the kitchen.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and assist with maintenance when needed.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
