We are seeking an exceptional Kitchen Manager to take ownership of our BOH operations, ensuring flawless execution in these core areas:
- Quality & Standards: Uphold our high standards in preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Deliver Food Cost: Proactively manage inventory, ordering, and waste control to optimize performance.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage BOH staffing, schedules, training, and enforce a Positive Culture among the team.
