Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train other Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Ensure food quality, monitor waste and inventory counts.
• Lead and develop Crew members toward Kitchen Leader roles.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment operation.
• Collaborate with back- and front-of-house teams to deliver great service.
