Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Ohio seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You’ll order the food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, while upholding quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews, helping deliver a great customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety guidelines are met.
• Complete MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
