Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cornelius, OR is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and support a collaborative team that delivers a great customer experience. Benefits include tuition assistance, free food, insurance, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.

Competenze

• Restaurant experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Mansioni

• Prepare great food by following kitchen procedures and cooking to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen and properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
