Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Winchester, KY to learn and oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members and ensure the kitchen meets quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean, well-stocked workspace and equipment in good condition.

You will promote teamwork and deliver an outstanding customer experience, keeping the kitchen efficient and compliant with safety policies as you help develop future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prep to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste, address food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
