You’ll mentor Crew, maintain procedures, and collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to hit daily goals. Strong restaurant experience and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Restaurant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and ensure repairs are prompt.
• Ensure kitchen and Crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
