Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to maintain high standards. You will order food and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader you will keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and in good repair while modeling leadership for the Crew and supporting safe, efficient operations across the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities
