Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train and lead a back-of-house and front-of-house team, ensuring delicious, high-quality food and a great guest experience. You will manage food prep, inventory, cleanliness, and equipment while promoting teamwork and safety standards across shifts.

You’ll develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders, monitor waste, stock levels, and throughput, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure quality and safety of food, cleanliness, organization, and stocking.
• Maintain equipment and assist teammates to meet station goals.
• Promote teamwork and provide excellent customer experience.
• Mentor crew members and develop them into future leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure service.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO procedures as part of duties.
