Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Riverton, NJ is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, while ensuring quality, safety, cleanliness, and stocking of the kitchen.

You will lead a team, model teamwork, and promote an excellent customer experience by keeping the kitchen running smoothly, following procedures, and helping Crew achieve station goals.

Qualifications

• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle’s policies and procedures; prep food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
