Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You are responsible for making sure our food is absolutely delicious. You’ll order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader helps ensure the quality and safety of Chipotle’s delicious food every day. They see to it that the kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked; and that the equipment is properly maintained and in good condition.

Formación

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized; maintain equipment in good repair.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory records.
