Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures (Culinary standards).
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Train Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen.
