Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Lead and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked kitchen and equipment.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Ensure great customer service and efficient throughput.
• Monitor inventory and comply with MSDS and FIFO practices.
