Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Clover, SC. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, stocked kitchen, and you’ll model teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. You will support back-of-house and front-of-house teams, monitor inventory, and handle equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
