Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Norcross, GA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute high-quality food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, manage food quality, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen while modeling teamwork.

You will contribute to delivering a outstanding customer experience, supervise daily operations, and support the team in meeting station goals while ensuring safety and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Prevent injuries by enforcing safety guidelines in the kitchen.
• Complete MSDS forms and FIFO inventory rotation.
