Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Florida is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and delivering a standout guest experience. On the clock, you’ll stay active, meet station goals, and support your teammates as you develop into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure quick repairs when needed.
• Follow MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
