Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Able to lead a team and train Crew.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following procedures.
• Monitor inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation.
