Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Florida to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train Crew to become future leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, inventory, and teamwork to deliver great customer experiences.

You’ll lead by example, follow food safety procedures, and help keep the kitchen stocked and maintained while promoting Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crew.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory tasks.
