Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring our food is delicious and safe. You will order supplies, train crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

You’ll promote teamwork, support front- and back-of-house colleagues, and deliver a great guest experience through efficient service and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
