Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure quality, safety, and a great customer experience, maintaining a clean, stocked kitchen and functioning equipment.

As a role model for Crew, you’ll promote teamwork, support inter-team collaboration, and drive throughputs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Comfortable working varied shifts and training others.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve issues as needed.
• Support Crew dynamics between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked.
