Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and cook to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
